Bagatelle - One of Ireland's Supergroups

THe Irish Connection (including brand new Summer in Dublin 2006 re-mix)

Summer in Dublin was a classic overnight success for Bagatelle when it was first released in 1978, it captured the heart of the nation and catapulted them to international fame.  In 2004, it was awarded the No 3 Best Irish Song Ever as voted by the Irish Public in the poll held by Star newspapers.

2006 saw the release of a new album entitled The Irish Connection and a brand new Summer in Dublin re-mix by the three original band members:  Liam Reilly, Ken Doyle and John O'Brien.  Songs also penned by Liam Reilly include "Streets of New York" and "Flight of Earls" also appear on the album which was released on September 1st.  Other hit tracks which are featured on the album are "Bainbridge Avenue", "Boston Rose" and "Going Back to Ireland".
