Desert of Dreams

"Desert Of Dreams" is Justin Jordan's debut solo release. Known for his blues work with his band "Zombies on Broadway", Justin takes a trip down home with a more country rock flavored CD.

However, all his experience and influences - ranging from playing with pop rock icons like "The Turtles" to Ireland's favorite son "Sean Fleming" - peek through, making this release a very enjoyable listen.

Justin enlisted a core band consisting of :

Steve Holley on drums. Steve is currently working with Ian Hunter and his career credits range from Wings to Joe Cocker and Dar Williams.

Lance Doss on Bass, Lap Steel, Guitars, and Banjo. This versatile musician and Alabama Rock n' Roll hall-of-famer is also a member of the John Cale band.

Tanya Alexander of the Shirelles adds backing vocals.

He compliments this core talent with special guests such as: Kenny Kosak from the Jerry Garcia band playing fiddle, Danny Louis from Gov't Mule and Gregg Allman Band on Hammond B3 organ, and accordion added by Sean Fleming.
